Audrey: Mom! There was someone that spit his gum out RIGHT ON THE SIDEWALK, and he was right by a trash can!
Me: Yea, sadly people do that.
Audrey: But he was only 10 minutes away from it.

Audrey: Look Mom! That worm is stretching....(pause)...or is he throwing a fit?

New Do

Isabel 1 month

Why does time have to fly? We're at the one month mark already. I have hardly had a chance to write anything down, and remembering anything if I don't is futile. So...here I am trying desperately NOT to let Isabel fall into the typical third child category, and have nothing written for her.
At 1 month she is...8lbs 14oz (75%)
22" long (50%)
14 1/3" head (30%)
She's a generally very content baby, but the evenings are a bit tough for her. She sleeps very well, and has been doing an occasional 4 hour stretch at night, giving me a bit more of a boost for the next day.
Audrey and Liam are adjusting well. It's been nice having Daddy home for Spring break this week. The 2 weeks on my own were very rough, and I'm thankful for the extra hands with daddy home. Liam love on Izzie every chance he gets. He speaks softly and kindly to her, and is overwhelmingly gentle with her. Audrey loves on her too, but in her own way...wanting a little, live baby doll to carry around. Life with three is definitely going to rock my world. BIG SIGH!

Audrey (5 1/2): I didn't know french fries came with a hap.py meal!
(she normally gets apple dippers...wait until she finds out they come with caramel!)
