Audrey is the talker in the house. She's 3 1/2 and has much to say.
Hearing barking from our neighbor's dog...
Audrey: Who is that?
Me: That's Mr. Chip's dog.
Audrey: Oh yes, his name is Buvie.
Me: No, his name is Bentley.
Audrey: But, we call him Buvie.
(Is that right?)

Audrey: Addie stop it! I am so disappointed.

Back to the "Lion's Den"...
Audrey: If a mean person comes and throws me into the lion's den, that would not be nice.
Me: No, if someone isn't nice to you, what should you do?
Audrey: If they try to put me in the lions den, I will PUSH them!
Me: No, that wouldn't be nice either. Do you think it's nice to do something mean back to someone who is being mean to you?
Audrey: No, I'll say, 'That's not nice', then I will put them in the lion's den.
