and ready to try on the special mask that she got to wear, not like the paper masks Doctor's wear.
Off she went with a princess wave, as she said goodbye to us.I held her in the recovery room as she slept, and stayed for a little while until we were allowed to go home.
Thankfully, the surgery went off without a hitch. She came out quickly, and has been a strong girl all day. Although out of it at first, she progressively got better and seems to be almost back to herself.We couldn't be more proud of our little girl.

I am glad to hear her surgery went well! Tell Audrey we are also proud of her for her bravery. Were you and Al brave as well? I can't imagine how hard it must have been on you guys while she was in surgery.

HUH? What? How did I miss this? Oh girl...I am so sorry. I KNOW the surgery thing had to be so tough. Did you survive with wine each night as well???
