My little talkers keep such laughter in this house.
At a restaurant downtown...Audrey sat at a high table with stools.
Daddy: We should all sit together like we do at home.
Audrey: No, that doesn't make any sense.

Me: We have to run errands, and they are out in la-la land.
Audrey: mommy, where is la-la land?

Audrey forgot her beloved blanket at a friends house, so she had to sleep one night without it...
Me: Let's think of something else you can use.
Audrey: (sobbing, and thus extremely dramatic) I can't!!! I have loved my blanket for 20 YEARS!!

Audrey: When will I be in high school?
Daddy: In 10 years.
Audrey: I'll be 9 then.
Daddy: I think Mommy needs to work on math with you.

We are working on Audrey's "know it all" attitude...
Daddy: We are the parents and we teach you things...
later on...
Daddy: Audrey, why is Liam like this?
Audrey: You're the parents!
(oh snap!)

I can relate to the blanket conversation - Allison has "brown bear" and if it was left somewhere she would be quite distraught! I love her "20 years' comment though - that's hilarious. And some days I wish I could escape to lala land!
What a cutie you have!! (2 actually) :-)
I think I live in la-la land! ;)
Yeah, gotta love when the parental guidance and power backfires! LOL
Too cute!
Oh - little Liam and his words - so cute!!!
La - la land...thought that was sleep :)
