Tiny Talk Tuesday

I love my Tiny Talkers. Audrey is 5, and Liam is 2. I missed last week, so we're doubling up this week.

Me: Liam, are you stinky?
Liam: No, Audwee stinky.
(not the first time he's blamed someone else for his doing, but makes me laugh every time)

Audrey: Mommy, when will we not have sin in our heart anymore?
Me: When we're in heaven.
Audrey: God is the best, there's no one greater than him.

Liam: Bambit wattttt ("Bandit Watch")
(It's bad when you have to ask the dog to watch, since everyone else is occupied)

Audrey: I'm taller than Bandit because I walk on two feet and he walks on four.
Audrey: See, when I walk on four feet I'm not as tall
(she proceeded to crawl her way down the sidewalk to illustrate for me)

During the intense Steelers game this weekend...
Daddy: Oh, they got a penalty.
Audrey: Is that a consequence?

Also during the game...
Daddy: (to me) Audrey comments on everything I say. I can't hear the game.
Audrey: What's a comment?
(obviously not getting the point)

Audrey: At fancy restaurants you're not supposed to know where the food comes from.

Liam: (after coughing) Bwess you! Bwess me!
