Audrey is 5, and Liam is 2 both keep me laughing daily.
Liam threw Audrey's pottery she had worked so hard on, and it shattered in pieces.
Audrey: (after tears had been shed) Liam, if you want a toy you can have my stuffed dog.
(oh to be so quickly willing to forgive)

Audrey: I don't want bunk beds.
Me: But you've been so excited about getting them, why don't you want them now?
Audrey: because you won't be able to give me a kiss at night.
Me: Yes I will, I can climb up the ladder.
Audrey: But Mommy, your belly!
(yes, the belly makes things difficult, but soon...so soon I won't have that anymore!)

While in the store:
Audrey: Daddy, will you buy me a slushie?
Daddy: Okay.
Audrey: Daddy, I love you!
Daddy: You aren't saying that because I'm going to buy you a slushie are you?
Audrey: No, I really do love you. But I love God the best, because he is the greatest God in the whole universe!
Happy TTT!!!

I can relate... to the big belly and the bunk bed dilemma.
My son looked at my belly the other day and said, "Wow, it's really getting big!" I have found it easiest to step up on the side and kiss my top bunker that way over climbing up.
ahhh, confidence in the Lord and quick to forgive are sooo refreshing:) So nice to see your words and teaching are touching their hearts!
And I love the belly!! I have a belly too and my kids love to talk about his BIG my belly is :)
OH my...the big belly difficulties are getting obvious in this last month, huh :)
Cute little gal - faith like a child for sure!
