Audrey is 5 and Liam is 2, both keep me laughing daily. Here's a bit of what they said this week.
Me: (complaining about someone was parked on our street) It would have made it easier if they parked better.
Audrey: Stop being so selfish, mommy.

Audrey: Daddy, if I were you, I wouldn't talk with my mouth full.

Daddy: I have to go to Target tomorrow.
Audrey: You can't go to Target, it's frozen!

My brother recently showed Audrey and Liam a magic trick with a coin...
Liam: Wit two hand, Daddy?
(holding both fists out for him to guess)
Daddy: Where is it?
Liam: It's in da pocket!

Liam has begun to add 'now' to almost anything he tells us he is doing...
"I go uptairs now"
"I go potty now"
"Read Biscuit now"
"Watch Thomas now"
Happy TTT!

I love it when the kids correct me... it's humbling but sweet b/c they do it soo sweetly:) And I like it b/c I know they are listening:)
I think adding "now" is too precious;)
I love the "now" stage...so cute :)
Yes, Audrey is probably right...I mean, everything was frozen :)
How are those contractions?
